Poor man's font creator : Create your own fonts in windows without any software
Yes,of course you can make custom font on windows with a built in utility. Private Character Editor included with Windows XP is a little-known utility used in conjunction with the Character Map and provides a way to create your own characters.
To open the program, go to Start=>Run and enter "eudcedit" (without quotes). The grid shows the hexadecimal code that will be assigned to your new character.Select one code and press ok.A palette will be visible and rest is your creativity.Once you made the character you can make a custom font or include them in emails etc.
Note:custom characters will not be available to other systems unless they are installed in them.
