How to restart Windows OS without restarting your PC ?

This process is actually called 'HOT REBOOT' where without physically restarting, a computer system can be rebooted.When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, make sure to simultaneously press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button,your computer would restart without restarting the computer.
