Windows event viewer : How to track an intrusion into your system
Windows event viewer is an awesome utility provided with windows OS which lets administrators and users view the event logs on a local or remote machine.Using this you can track someone using your computer when you are not at home or office or even intrusions from outside(internet)!!
To view event viewer go to start > run >eventvwr.msc. Events are stored in in three log files: Application, Security, and System.System logs various system activities like functioning of system applications and other activities in system and application keeps track of various software's.
