Internet Addition : how to identify and cure?


Almost all of us reap the benefits of internet and for some of us it;'s very vital for work, education, and communication. etc.The time spend on internet for many of us is productive.When internet usage turns compulsive, it interferes with daily life, work and relationships.It is then we call it a disease!

Internet addiction includes : -

  • Having trouble completing tasks at work or home. 
  • Isolation from family and friends.
  • Feeling guilty or defensive about your Internet use. Feeling a sense of euphoria while involved in Internet activities.
